Duties
Pontiac Township High School is seeking a full-time Spanish teacher. Applicants must be skilled in working with student accommodations, classroom and behavior management, developing lesson plans for diverse needs, and individualizing instruction based upon students' unique communication and cognitive needs. Effective communication and strong collaboration skills with other professionals are essential to this position.
Qualifications
Applicant must hold a valid Illinois Teaching License, pass a physical examination by a licensed physician, and pass a criminal background check.
Salary/Benefits
Base pay for the 2024 - 2025 school year is $41,674 with 100% paid TRS, health insurance, and dental for the employee.
