Qualifications
Looking for a candidate who will be energetic, enthusiastic, well organized, and a team player. Provide targeted Math interventions to middle school students in small group and one on one settings. Analyze assessment data to identify skill gaps and monitor student progress. Collaborate with general and special ed teachers to align intervention strategies. Support students in developing Math confidence, problem solving skills, and academic independence. Implement research base instructional strategies to support diverse learners. Maintain progress documentation and communicate results with Principals, teachers, and families.
