Duties
*SECOND SEMESTER ONLY
The Elementary Assistant Principal provides shared administrative leadership between Lincoln Elementary School (K–1) and Douglas Elementary School (Preschool), with primary daily presence at Lincoln Elementary. This role focuses on student behavior, social-emotional learning (SEL), PBIS implementation, crisis response, and school climate, ensuring safe, consistent, and developmentally appropriate supports for students and staff.
