Duties
The Instructional Coach for K-8th grade is a dynamic and experienced educator who works collaboratively with teachers to enhance instructional practices, improve student outcomes, and promote professional growth. This role involves providing targeted support in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and classroom management to foster a positive and effective learning environment. The Instructional Coach is pivotal in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and reflective teaching within the school community.
- Collaborate with teachers to identify professional development needs based on data, classroom observations, and school goals.
- Conduct classroom observations to provide constructive feedback on instructional strategies, differentiation, and student engagement.
- Model effective teaching practices and co-plan lessons to support teachers in implementing best practices.
- Analyze student achievement data to identify trends and areas for

- Collaborate with teachers and the Office of Teaching and Learning (OTL) to align curriculum with state standards and educational best practices.

In accordance with experience and PNA salary schedule ($49,437 - $66,785)
