Duties
North Mac Middle School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fulfill the responsibilities of Assistant Boys Basketball Coach. The Assistant Coach:
- supports and promotes the school’s mission and vision.
- provides leadership in the basketball program and builds cooperative, effective relationships with all stakeholders.
- is an effective communicator, organized and is a positive motivator, devoting time and energy to the program.
- helps to promote the program’s philosophy, techniques, strategies, and style at all levels in order to have a cohesive program for student-athletes.
- models, encourages, and teaches appropriate conduct from all participants and takes responsibilities for all members of the football program.
- completes tasks and duties as assigned and is available to assist with and lead basketball activities in season and out of season.
