Duties
North Mac Middle School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fulfill the responsibilities of Assistant Volleyball Coach. The Assistant Coach:
- Supports and promotes the school’s mission and vision.
- Provides leadership in the Volleyball program and builds cooperative, effective relationships with all stakeholders.
- Is an effective communicator, organized and is a positive motivator, devoting time and energy to the program.
- Helps to promote the program’s philosophy, techniques, strategies, and style at all levels in order to have a cohesive program for student-athletes.
- Models, encourages, and teaches appropriate conduct from all participants of the volleyball program.
- Completes tasks and duties as assigned and is available to assist with football activities in and out of season.
