Duties
La Moille CUSD #303 is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students within the district.
The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for screening, evaluating, and providing direct speech and language services to students. The individual will collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, and building personnel to support student learning and communication development. The position will also assist in providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 intervention supports at the elementary level.
Responsibilities include:

Conduct speech and language screenings and evaluations

Provide direct therapy services to eligible students

Develop and implement individualized goals in collaboration with IEP teams

Work collaboratively with special education staff and building personnel

Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 intervention efforts at the elementary level

Maintain appropriate documentation and progress monitoring
Qualifications
Meets all requirements for SLP qualifications for the state of Illinois.
Salary/Benefits
Salary will be determined by the negotiated salary schedule according to education and experience. The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Master’s Year 1 base salary begins at $47,535.
