Position: Math Teacher - High School and Middle School
College Preparatory School of America in Lombard, Illinois is seeking talented educators to teach middle school and high school math classes. Both Part-time and Full-time positions are available. Teachers should be confident in teaching some but not necessarily all of the following classes: Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Precalculus, and Calculus.
CPSA is a private K-12 religious school that has been one of the premier schools in the Chicagoland area since 1991 and is currently ranked by the Washington Post as the #1 most challenging school in Illinois. We are especially seeking educators with a strong passion for teaching students, a love for mathematics, and a creative/innovative approach to transferring knowledge to the next generation. CPSA is known for its excellent math curriculum as well as our award winning Math Team which came in 2nd Place in the state in most recent ICTM Math Competition. We foster an environment of teamwork, encouragement, and growth as teachers are provided with assistance and support throughout the year. Applicants are required to have previous experience as a math teacher. Resources will be provided.
