Duties
Coordinate and perform a wide variety of responsible and complex secretarial duties, requiring independent judgement, to assist the principal in coordinating school activities and administrative tasks. The secretary manages the building’s budget and rental requests, secures substitutes, organizes and prepares for a variety of meetings, answers phone calls, provides secure entrance into the building, and manages both short term and long term projects throughout the school year. This position upholds high levels of service to our school community.
