Duties
The Dean of Students advocates to develop a positive instructional environment for students at Lincoln Community High School. This administrative team member, working directly with students, will administer and enforce school policies related to discipline and student attendance. The Dean of Students reports directly to the Assistant Principal, who provides guidance and helps set school policy.
Duties include:

Maintain Student Handbook

Create and maintain behavioral management contracts

Oversee Detentions and In School Suspension

Conduct Teacher evaluations
-
Extra-Curricular/Athletic Supervision
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
PEL certificate required. Administrative certification preferred but not required.
Salary/Benefits
Salary will be based per teachers' salary schedule. Final salary to be negotiated with candidate.
