Duties
The teacher will instruct students in Social Studies, grade 7. The teacher will work cooperatively with other classroom teachers, the Student Services Team and support area staff. The teacher will be responsible for the supervision and management of the class, effectively teaching the Social Studies Curriculum to meet individual needs of students, evaluating individual progress, and communicating progress with students and parents.
Qualifications
a) Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with Middle School Social Studies Endorsement
b) Successful teaching experience in the middle school level is preferred
c) Master’s Degree is preferred
