Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelors degree
2. Proper license – Professional Educator License endorsed in Early Childhood General Education – required. Early Childhood & Special Ed (ECSE) or LBS1 in PreK-12 required.
3. Available for employment on August 11, 2025.

Salary/Benefits

SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS

1. Base salary for the 2025-2026 school year is $43,696 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of Education.)
2. Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave.
3. Two (2) days personal leave per year.
