Duties
The primary duty of this position is teaching two sections of seventh grade math and two sections of eighth grade math. Each section is expected to have approximately 15 - 18 students. Monroe is adopting a new math curriculum (Envision Math) so this is a terrific opportunity to start fresh and build on something new. The candidate will work with a team of three other teachers on cross curricular planning and helping to ensure the success of students.
Qualifications
Proper Certification within the state of Illinois.
Salary/Benefits
Salary determined by negotiated contract.

Monroe is a K-8 elementary building located in Bartonville about a 1/2 mile from the Peoria International Airport. Monroe is known for our academic success, dedicated staff, and receives excellent support from parents.
