Duties
Clay City CUSD #10 is seeking a motivated and organized individual to serve as Athletic Director for Clay City Jr./Sr. High School. The Athletic Director will oversee all aspects of the district’s athletic programs, ensuring a positive, student-centered experience that promotes teamwork, school spirit, sportsmanship, and academic achievement.
Qualifications
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (preferred but not required). Previous coaching and/or athletic administrative experience. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of IHSA and SIJHSAA rules and regulations. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. CPR/AED certification required (or willingness to obtain). Excellent skills in planning, organization, leadership and public relations are a must. Ability to use social media will also be required. Masters degree preferred but not necessary.
Salary/Benefits
Stipend per CCEA Contract minimum of 2024-2025: $5730.
