Duties
Actively address help desk tickets, prioritize, and communicate their resolution.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair computer systems.
Assist with inventory tracking.
Provide technical support and assistance to district staff and students in the use of technology tools and resources.
Assist with annual cleaning and preventive maintenance on district equipment and devices.
Collaborate with District Technology Coordinator.
Assist district administrators, teachers, and staff to integrate technology into the curriculum and instructional practices.
Maintenance of staff teacher devices, SMART TVs, and student devices, including windows devices (3-12) and iPads (K-2) and other devices.
Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and advancements relevant to education.
Perform various other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Knowledge and experience with Office 365, Windows devices, and Windows servers.
Understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary/Benefits
210 days including 180 student/staff attendance days and 30 additional days.
Compensation ranging from $20 - 25/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
