Duties
MHS is seeking a highly qualified leader to serve as an Athletic/Activities Director for grades 9-12 for the 2025-2026 school year. Teaching may be available. The candidate selected will serve as the Athletic Director and provide direct oversight over the athletic programming and activities/clubs/fine arts. The Athletic/Activities Director evaluates coaches and the overall programs. The position is posted until filled.
Qualifications
Proper IL Certification. Depending upon the candidate of choice, proper high school IL teaching license and administrative license or willingness to pursue.
Salary/Benefits
Regionally Competitive based on qualifications and experience. 10-month contract.

MHS is a single-school high school district with approximately 500 students. Mendota High School is a proud member of the Three Rivers Athletic Conference. Our athletic complex is a complete facility at the new high school with baseball, softball, 8-tennis courts, and an athletic stadium with artificial turf and track. Golf competes at the Mendota Golf Course, and Cross Country hosts its meet at the beautiful Lake Mendota.
