Duties
Donovan Junior High is looking for a 6-8th grade ELA teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. You must be able to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a middle school learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Donovan Junior High serves around 65 students, grades 6-8, in rural Illinois. We are looking for a motivated teacher that will be the right fit for our students. Extra curricular opportunities are available, but not required. If you want to do great things in the field of teaching, please apply as we are looking for you.
Qualifications
Appropriate Illinois Teaching Certification
Salary/Benefits
Actual compensation based on education and experience as applied on the current Teacher Master Contract.
- $2,000 signing bonus
