Interventionist (**New Position**)

Duties

RtI Interventionist would work with students in grades 4-8 on needed core academic subject support, specifically reading and math. The ideal candidate would have a background in interventional work, individualized instruction, and Response to Intervention planning and requirements. The interventionist would need strong skills in both math and reading, and have the ability to work cooperatively with classroom teachers, RtI aides, and the special education team.

We currently have 1 interventionist and are looking to add to the team, delineating roles for each person to complete RtI for students in math and reading (ELA), splitting the grade levels equally (K-3 and 4-8)

Qualifications

Current Illinois Professional Educator License With Proper Endorsement, with an emphasis on reading, ELA, and math. Multiple endorsements preferred.

Salary/Benefits

Salary and benefits are established by the collective bargaining agreement, which can be found on the district's website.

Additional Notes

Coaching positions are available within the district.
