Duties
This position will lead the students in an alternative program classroom located in southern part of our region. At this time, the location is tentative, but is anticipated to be near Ullin, IL. This classroom serves late middle school and high school age students. The position will facilitate the educational programming for students through an online platform, monitor student progress, attendance, and behavior. The position will be support by a paraprofessional.
Qualifications
A substitute teacher license or the necessary qualifications to obtain a substitute teacher license (Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or enrollment in an approved IL educator preparation program with at least 90 completed semester hours. Experience with working with adolescents is preferred.
Salary/Benefits
Regionally competitive and level of experience/education will be taken into consideration. Health insurance is provided as benefit to ROE 30 employees.
