Rochester CUSD 3A is searching for a highly qualified Assistant Principal for Rochester Junior High School/Rochester High School. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual dedicated to
fostering a positive school culture and climate, prioritizing student-centered practices, and ensuring
school safety. The ideal candidate will collaborate with staff, parents, and administrators to build
upon the school's "Tradition of Excellence."
Qualifications
1. Master’s degree with expertise in curriculum and instruction.
2. A minimum of five years of teaching experience.
3. A valid Illinois Professional Educator License with administrative endorsement.
4. Demonstrated ability to promote a positive school culture and climate.
5. Commitment to student-centered educational practices.
6. Strong understanding of and commitment to school safety measures.
Salary/Benefits
Range: Minimum starting base salary $65,000, commensurate with education and experience
200 Day Contract
