The Principal serves as the instructional leader of Washington Community High School and champions the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process to foster a student-centered culture of collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement. The Principal establishes the conditions and supports necessary for collaborative teams to work effectively toward improving teaching and learning while ensuring a safe, supportive environment in which every student can succeed.
Qualifications
1. Master’s Degree
2. Administrative Endorsement
3. Preferred minimum of five years of experience as a high school teacher
4. Preferred minimum of three years of experience as an administrator
