Qualifications
The Following Qualifications Are Preferred:
1. Masters Degree in Educational Administration with a valid General Administrative License.
2. Excellent Communication Skills.
3. Be able to work with diverse populations.
4. Ability to engage staff in shared decision making and critical problem solving.
5. Knowledge of Elementary level curriculum and instructional processes.
6. An understanding and a commitment to the philosophy that all students can be successful.
7. Ability to think systemically.
8. Ability to build rapport with students, staff, parents, and community members.
9. Oversee student discipline & Social Emotional Learning
10. Manage the building budget.
11. Provide leadership and management to the building staff.
Salary/Benefits
Salary based on experience and background. Range: $92,683 - $96,111.
