Duties
The Board of Education of Cook County School District 130 seeks an outstanding educational leader to assume the role of Superintendent for a premier school district in Illinois.
With a commitment to excellence, Cook County School District 130 consists of 12 school sites, serves approximately 3000 students, and is supported by a District budget of $74M. The community takes great pride in its schools, and the District provides a well-rounded educational program to meet the needs of 21st-century learners.
Applications accepted through November 6, 2026. The new Superintendent will assume duties on July 1, 2027.
Qualifications
Hold or be eligible for the Illinois Superintendent's License.
Successful experience as a district-level leader required.
