Primary Function (Job Goal)
The Superintendent of Schools is the educational leader and chief executive officer of the school district. He/she is the primary advisor to the Board of Education, is accountable directly to it, and works closely with the Board and its committees.

District Highlights:
Troy Community Consolidated School District 30-C serves Pre-K through 8th grade students in Will County. The district consists of five elementary schools Pre-K through 4th grade, a 5th and 6th grade intermediate school and a middle school for 7th and 8th grade students. The district serves approximately 4,000 students.

- The district has easy access to the I-55 corridor
- Student population is very diverse with the same number of Hispanic students as White while other ethnicities include Black and Asian
- District has 328 teachers with a little over 30 administrators across the district
- The 15:1 student:teacher ratio supports the major focus of the district on small class sizes

Salary:
$190,000 - $230,000
