Duties
To administer the daily fiscal affairs of the District efficiently, expeditiously, and to the benefit of the students and community. The Business Manager serves as the District's Financial and Operating Officer and provides ongoing management of business and operational service functions. The Business Manager is expected to provide oversight of financial reporting, payroll functions, district budget, accounting practices, accounts receivable/payable, activity fund accounts, tax levy presentation, and employee benefits administration. Other responsibilities include management of liability insurance, food service and purchasing programs, and management of the financial aspects of the District's transportation operation.
Qualifications
School Business Official Endorsement or CPA certificate
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
5+ Years of Previous Business Administrative or Financial Experience
Salary/Benefits
12-month Employment
Base Pay: 75,000-95,000 (based on experience)
Vacation: 20 vacation days annually
Leaves: 16 sick days and 2 personal days annually
Health Insurance: Board pays 80% of premium coverage
