Duties
The Elementary School Secretary serves as the primary administrative support for Anne M. Jeans Elementary School and assists the Building Principal in ensuring the efficient operation of the school office. The secretary provides outstanding customer service to students, staff, parents, and visitors while maintaining accurate records, coordinating communications, and supporting daily school operations.
This position plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional environment that supports student success and effective school operations.
Salary/Benefits
Salary and benefits shall be in accordance with the CCSD 180 support staff employment agreement.
