Duties
A paraprofessional supports teachers and students by assisting with classroom instruction, supervising activities, and helping students who need extra academic or behavioral support. They may work with individual students or small groups, prepare materials, maintain records, and help create a safe and productive learning environment. Paraprofessionals often collaborate closely with teachers and other staff to support student success.
Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma.
