Duties

• Keep and maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
• Follow all state and federal guidelines
• Create appropriate breakfast and lunch menus
• Cook and serve meals to students
• Perform all duties assigned by administration
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Possess NLSP food safety and handling licensing and certification
• Follow the health and sanitation codes
• Knowledge of food preparation for large groups
• Ability to order supplies and commodities as needed

Salary/Benefits

Discussed with candidates based on experience and ability.

Additional Notes

Small K-8 school district located in Southern Illinois. 

Provide breakfast, lunch and snack to approximately 70 students.
