Duties
Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Junior High ELA Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This position includes teaching English and Literature in grades 6-8, along with serving as a homeroom teacher. We are looking for a teacher who can build strong relationships, maintain clear expectations, and contribute positively to a collaborative school culture rooted in Catholic values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging instruction in assigned subject areas
- Create a structured, supportive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Serve as a homeroom teacher and support student development
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to support school-wide goals
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
- Uphold the mission and values of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School
Salary/Benefits
$34,500 - 85,000 based on educational level and experience
