Duties

Be a proud supporter of 8-Man Football and be prepared to adapt strategies and techniques specific to the 8-Man game to maximize the success of our roster.  Devoted to your role within the athletic department that focuses on student-athlete development and character building while striving for competitive excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the game and deep understanding of football fundamentals, safety protocols, and 8-man specific strategies. 
• Coaching experience in a coaching capacity, head coach or coordinator experience preferred. 
• Clear communicator and the ability to effectively relay information to student-athletes, parents, staff, and the community. 
• Well organized and demonstrate the ability to manage practice schedules, equipment, scouting, and administrative duties efficiently. 
• Culture builder and have a strong commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and discipline culture around Blue Ridge athletics.  

Salary/Benefits
