Duties

Accountable for assessing students in order to determine eligibility for education services or continuing need for education services.  To ensure that proper procedures, methods and timelines are followed in accordance with federal laws, Illinois statutes and other guidelines to enable students to gain the fullest benefit from their elementary and junior high school experiences.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement as a School        Psychologist at the elementary level.
• Master's Degree in Social Psychology from an accredited program
• Knowledge and practices as it relates to supporting (all) student's needs.
