Duties
We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered 3rd Grade Teacher to join our team at Unity East Elementary School. The ideal candidate will create a positive and engaging classroom environment that supports the academic and social growth of all students. This teacher will deliver high-quality instruction aligned to state standards, differentiate to meet diverse learning needs, and build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field and a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with appropriate elementary endorsement. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong instructional practices in literacy and mathematics, effective classroom management, and a commitment to meeting the needs of all learners.
Salary/Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience, as determined by the district’s competitive salary schedule.
