Qualifications
- B.A. degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities have been acquired
- Minimum of three years of technology experience, including networking and multimedia
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of multimedia, productivity applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Specialized Data Systems (SDS), Microsoft Exchange and PowerSchool)
- Such alternatives to the above as the Board of Education/Administration may find appropriate and necessary
Job Goal: Provide an advanced level of technical expertise and management in the areas of technology planning and budgeting, network operations, desktop support, teaching and learning and administrative computing. Offer visionary leadership for the assessment and
implementation of technologies that support district curriculum, instruction, and operations. Serve as a primary resource for district personnel in the analysis of user problems and staff development goals related to technology and the identification of proactive solutions to satisfy these needs.
Salary/Benefits
Base salary: $110,000
Salary may be increased based on years of relevant experience.
