Duties
North Clay CUSD #25 is looking for a motivated and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our team! We are seeking a creative educator who is committed to building a positive classroom culture and helping every student reach their full potential.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Inspire & Instruct: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects (Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies) that align with state standards.
- Differentiate: Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students in your classroom, ensuring everyone from accelerated learners to those needing extra help can succeed.
- Collaborate: Work closely with grade-level teammates, special education staff, and parents to provide a well-rounded, supportive experience for every child.
- Assess & Grow: Use regular assessments to track student progress and adjust your teaching to help students hit their milestones.
- Build Community: Create a safe, inclusive, and organized classroom environment using positive behavior supports and social-emotional learning.
- Partner with Families: Maintain open, friendly communication with parents regarding their child’s growth and achievements.
Salary/Benefits
- Salary range of $42,411 to $78,660, dependent upon years of experience and education.
- Above salary range includes TRS contribution of 9%.
