FUNCTION: Under authority delegated by the Superintendent, administer, direct and supervise the conduct of all human resource and related business operations of the District.

SUPERVISES INDIRECTLY:
- All non-certificated employees of the Buildings and Grounds, Food Service, and Transportation Services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer the medical insurance plan for the District in consultation with CSBO.
- Serve as Chairperson to the District Insurance Committee.
- Implements and coordinates open enrollment for the district’s health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Administer HRA program.
- Oversees ACA 1095 reporting to the IRS.
- Monitors unemployment and workers compensation claims.
- Receives and processes Certificate of Insurance requests.
- Coordinates accident reporting procedures between injured employees and supervisors.
- Monitors, reviews, and reports the insurable values of physical assets of the District and all buildings and contents.
- Title IX Coordinator and complaint manager for the District.
- Oversees administration of EHR in accordance with Faith’s Law.
- Keeps current on legislation and regulations that impact the Human Resources function.
- Develops and directs policies and procedures for the effective recruitment, selection and retention of qualified staff.
- Works to publicize and increase the size and quality of candidate pools for all vacant positions in the District.
- Oversees social media platforms for recruitment.
- Oversees all hiring software programs.
- Plans and coordinates the recruiting of temporary and substitute staff.
- Oversees absence management software.
- Assists staff with certification and licensure issues.
- Creates and monitors the onboarding/offboarding process at the District level for all staff.
- Maintains adequate personnel records with assistance from the Executive Assistant.
- Develops and maintains job descriptions for all employee groups.
- Oversees GCN mandatory trainings for all staff.
- Oversees Evaluwise evaluation system for certified staff.
- Assist with certified and non-certified employee’s evaluations, when needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate student registration.
- Assists superintendent school system's performance evaluation programs, including seniority lists, assignments, and management of PERA and Senate Bill 7.
- Helps maintain Board Policy for the district.
- Assists building and District administration with determining staffing levels for professional and support staff.
- Attends meetings of the Board of Education and provides data when requested.
- Attend all regularly scheduled monthly meetings of the Board, and such administrative meetings as called by the Superintendent.
- Acts as Building Principal designee when principals are out of buildings.
- Collaborate with the Director of Maintenance and CSBO for the coordination of large projects.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent.
