Duties
The Board of Education of West Central CUSD 235 seeks an outstanding Superintendent for this rural PreK-12 district of approximately 750 students. The District enjoys a strong financial position at 107% financial adequacy.
The District owns a working farm and the community is very supportive of education. A well-rounded educational and extracurricular program is supported by a district budget of $14.5M.
Applications accepted through April 29, 2026. The new superintendent will assume duties on July 1, 2026.
Qualifications
Hold or be eligible for the Illinois Superintendent’s License
Successful and significant administrative experience
Salary/Benefits
A salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 is being offered in addition to Board paid retirement and insurance
