Duties

As the athletic director, this position will ensure:

• compliance with IHSA rules and expectations;
• consistent supervision, in partnership with the administrative team, of athletic contests
• strong partnership with officials, athletes, coaches, and the community
• management of practice and game schedules, with officials secured for games

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold or be eligible to obtain a Professional Educator License in the State of Illinois or have equivalent experience in athletic administration or leadership. Experience in organizing and supervising athletic events is preferred.

Salary/Benefits

• This is a stipend position, with the stipend amount ranging from $11,217-$15,575 for the 26-27 school year;
• Potential summer work days available at a per diem rate (coordinated with building administrators); 
• Could be paired with existing or available teaching positions within the district.
