Duties
Pinckneyville High School District #101 is seeking a qualified and dedicated Program Coordinator / Clinical Instructor for
the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course for the Spring 2027 semester. This position plays a vital role in preparing
students for success in the healthcare field by delivering high-quality clinical instruction and mentorship in compliance with
program and state requirements.
Qualifications
Registered Professional Nurse with a current, unencumbered Illinois license
? Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience as a Registered Nurse
? Completion of an IDPH-approved Train the Trainer Program and Evaluator Course
? At least one (1) year of experience in one or more of the following areas:
? Teaching theoretical concepts in an accredited nursing education program
? Providing nursing care, including personal care and daily living assistance, to older adults or chronically ill
adults
Salary/Benefits
Salary and benefits are provided in accordance with the Pinckneyville High School Education Association CBA and will be
based on the candidate’s education and experience.
Additional Notes
Primary Responsibilities:
? Assure regulatory compliance for the CNA Program with IDPH and other state and federal entities
? Develop, implement, and evaluate CNA policies, procedures, and program activities
? Prepare the master schedule for the class and submit it to IDPH
? Maintain program records and ensure readiness for monitoring visits
? Communicate with testing agencies, including the SIUC Nurse Aide Testing Project and IDPH
