Qualifications

Illinois Professional Educator License with Administrative Endorsement.

Master's degree in educational leadership or related field required.

Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience; administrative experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of High School curriculum and instructional practices.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional learning.

Salary/Benefits

Salary TBD with final candidate, but commensurate with education and experience.

Board paid TRS; Health Insurance benefit; Professional dues and mileage reimbursement

12 month, 240-day contract with vacation, sick, and personal days.
