Salary/Benefits
The salary range for this position is $16.50 - $18.50 per hour based on relevant work experience.
Benefits include:
- Retirement through the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund
- School-paid $25,000 life insurance policy
- Paid time off - 12 sick days and 3 personal days per school year after first year of employment; first year paid time off is allocated monthly
- Work schedule closely follows area school calendars
- Employees are paid semi-monthly throughout the entire year
- Option to participate in health, dental, vision, life, accident, cancer, critical care, and disability insurance, as well as flexible spending accounts or healthcare spending accounts. The school will contribute $750/month toward the school-sponsored health insurance plan.
- Option to participate in IEA-NEA Career Education Association union
