Duties

• Improve student learning/achievement
• Strong communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Ability to interpret data; develop and implement improvement plan; and monitor and adjust plan
• Knowledge of and experience in Best Practices for curriculum and instruction and educational technology at the middle school level
• Knowledge and experience with Danielson Framework for Teaching
• Knowledge and skills improving instructional skills of staff
• Collaborative leader
• Experience in budget preparation and implementation

Qualifications

• State of Illinois Professional Educator License registered in Will County/Region 56
• Candidates must hold General Administrative or Principal endorsement
• Previous teaching and administrative experiences

Salary/Benefits

• Minimum Salary: $112,302.00 (IRS) based on experience
• Medical/Vision and Dental, FSA/LFSA and Dependent Care, Life & AD&D Insurance, Employee Assistant Program (EAP), TRS, 403B/457
