Duties
The Head Cook will be responsible for creating the lunch menu and for complying with all state and federal regulations for preparing school meals. Work with the superintendent to obtain commodities and be responsible for shopping for food not included in commodities or Kohl orders. Sanitizing the kitchen, dishes, and utensils.
Qualifications
Must have their food handlers' license and be able to run a school lunch room for 50 students, providing daily breakfast and lunch. Individual hours are from 6:30 am until 2:00 pm.
