Duties
Norwood Primary is seeking a third grade teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The person hired will be part of a collaborative K–4 building committed to high-quality, evidence-based instruction. The successful candidate must be able to plan, organize, and implement an instructional program in a primary learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Instruction at Norwood Primary emphasizes evidence-based practices in reading and mathematics, including the use of explicit, systematic instruction. Teachers are expected to deliver clear learning targets, model skills and strategies, provide guided practice with timely feedback, and use ongoing formative assessment to inform instruction and intervention
