Duties
Germantown Hills School District #69 is seeking an Instructional Coach to serve grades Pre-K through 4. Candidates must be able to work closely with their colleagues to assist with curriculum enhancement and help improve student learning. Qualifications
Candidates must possess an Illinois Professional Educator License.
Salary/Benefits
The base annual pay for a teacher with a Bachelor's Degree and no experience will be $41,990 for the 2026-2027 school year. The District will also pay the full employee share toward TRS as well as a monthly contribution of $692.28 for individual health insurance.
