Duties

• Lead the implementation and refinement of K–3 MTSS practices

• Coordinate universal screenings, progress monitoring, and intervention plans for K–3 students

• Support teachers with evidence-based instructional strategies in reading, math, and foundational skills

• Model lessons, co-teach, and provide job-embedded coaching

• Analyze student data to identify trends, monitor intervention effectiveness, and guide instructional decisions

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, families, and leadership to support student success

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance for MTSS interventions

• Support professional development for K–3 staff

Qualifications

• Valid teaching certification

• Experience with K–3 instruction and MTSS/intervention systems

• Strong understanding of early literacy and math development

• Skilled in data-driven instruction and evidence-based practices

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills

• Solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement

Salary/Benefits

$47,151.00 - $107,811.00 per year
