West Carroll CUSD 314 is seeking a student-centered, collaborative leader to serve as High School Principal and make a meaningful impact in a close-knit school community.

Lead a positive, safe, and inclusive school culture where students and staff can thrive

Serve as the instructional leader, supporting high-quality teaching and continuous improvement

Build strong relationships with students, families, staff, and the community

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff while encouraging professional growth

Oversee student services, discipline, and social-emotional supports with consistency and care

Manage daily building operations, scheduling, and school safety procedures

Support extracurricular activities and athletics that enrich student experiences

Ensure compliance with district policies and state and federal requirements

Collaborate closely with district administration to advance school and district goals
