Duties

Qualifications
The person selected as Principal must meet the licensure requirements of the State of Illinois and has demonstrated academic success at the graduate level.
The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with experience and a demonstrated ability to relate to the district’s diverse students, parents and staff in the pursuit of improved student achievement. Our administrative team is looking for candidates with a history of being actively engaged with the school community as well as the ability to create innovative systematic approaches to student success.
Salary/Benefits
The new principal will receive an attractive compensation package based upon experience and highly competitive within the DuPage and West Cook area, base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience. 100% of Health insurance and TRS will be included in the compensation.
Additional Notes
The appointment of the Anne M. Jeans Elementary School Principal will be made by the Board of Education based upon the recommendation of the Superintendent at the March 2026 Board of Education Meeting
