Duties
The High School Secretary serves as the main point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced school setting.
Key Responsibilities

Manage phones, emails, and front office communication

Oversee attendance and daily office reports

Maintain confidentiality and manage office supplies

Manage activity accounts/athletic duties
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Previous office experience preferred
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Ability to interact professionally with students, staff, and families
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
