Duties
The High School Art Teacher is responsible for providing engaging, standards-based visual arts instruction to students in grades 9–12. The teacher fosters creativity, critical thinking, and technical skill development while aligning curriculum and assessment with guidelines established by the Illinois State Board of Education.

Salary/Benefits
Salary is based on an established schedule according to education and years of experience. Benefits include health/life/dental insurance, health reimbursement account, sick days, personal leave days, bereavement leave, partial tuition reimbursement, partially paid TRS (100% in year 2028/2029) and affordable employer sponsored daycare program for staff dependents (ages 6 weeks - age 5).
