Duties
1. Plan curriculum and prepare lesson plans and other instructional materials according to skill levels and educational needs of students.
2. Evaluate and assess student needs and progress using approved instruments: standardized measures, curriculum-based assessments, teacher-prepared tests, etc.
3. Grade completed student work and/or maintain grades and other data throughout the school year.
4. Behavior management plan implementation and data collection
5. Grade and attendance coaching
6. Provide academic, behavioral and social emotional support for at-risk youth
7. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required, PEL preferred
Candidates without a PEL would sign a fellowship agreement and be required to earn a PEL
Salary/Benefits
Beginning salary of $42,000 for certified teachers - final salary to be determined based on experience and level of education.
